In early 2020, the bistro strategically expanded its offerings by enhancing private dining and event capacities. The addition of an adjoining space—featuring both indoor and covered patio areas—catered to a broader clientele, thereby fostering the support of more loyal patrons and continuity with local vendors. Bistro Cacao is consistently voted as one of the most romantic restaurants in the area by locals, restaurant critics and influencers. ### Bistro Cacao 316 Massachusetts Avenue NE Washington, DC 20002 [Bistro Cacao instagram](https://instagram.com/bistrocacao) [Get Directions](https://www.google.com/maps/search/Bistro%20Cacao%2C316%20Massachusettes%20Ave%20Northeast%2CWashington%2CDC%2C20002) [+1 202 546 4737](tel:+12025464737) [https://bistrocacao.com/](https://bistrocacao.com/) * * *
