By Handson is a contemporary restaurant focused on an evolving tasting experience, seasonal cooking, and a cocktail and wine program designed to tell a story.
ON THE OTHER HAND marks a new chapter for the restaurant.
A more personal direction. Less explanation, fewer expectations.
We are moving toward a tasting-focused experience with a limited à la carte offering.

The tasting menu is designed entirely by the chef and presented without a disclosed menu. Each experience unfolds across 7–9 courses that change continuously with the season, the moment, and whatever naturally exists in the kitchen at that time.
