About Finistère

Owners Scott Ross and Deborah Taylor met in the upper west side of Manhattan in 2010 while working together in the restaurant industry. One cross country move, one marriage, one child, and one new restaurant.

Chef Deborah Taylor has over 10 years experience in high end restaurants from NY to Seattle including Eleven Madison Park, Per Se, Canlis, and most recently as the Executive Chef of Ethan Stowell's Staple and Fancy.

Finistère will be closed for the month of January for our winter closure. We will reopen on February 1st...
