Need to Know

Reservations are available via Resy 30 days in advance at 9 am. At this time, we are only booking reservations for parties of 2-6 via Resy. We save some seats at our bar and our full back patio for walk-in parties. Our bar is full-service and open for dining.

For table seating, we encourage you to make a reservation in advance. Please note that Chef's Counter seating is a preference and not guaranteed. We will always do our absolute best to accommodate. If you are running late, we are happy to hold your table for up to 15 minutes. We can guarantee your table for two hours from the start of your reservation time.

Should you need to cancel your reservation, please notify our team at least 12 hours in advance of your visit. Cancellations made within 12 hours of your reservation will be subject to a service fee.

Fishbar represents the evolution of seasonally driven cuisine through a deep focus on seafood and traditional cooking techniques. At the heart of the restaurant is our open kitchen, featuring a charcoal smoker, dry-ager, and a custom Demant wood-fueled grill. From the flames, our chefs create Mediterranean-inspired plates meant to be shared. Our ingredients come from local suppliers, ensuring each bite is at the height of freshness and quality.
