We are a Restaurant of value gastronomy, conscious and responsible with the Flora and Fauna and its producers, we work with small producers, supporting artisanal fishing, responsible fishing, peasant family farming, regenerative livestock and promoting fair trade and the local economy of the towns where are our producers.
