About Crudo e Nudo

Crudo e Nudo is a critically-acclaimed, sustainable seafood restaurant and biodynamic wine bar on Main Street in Santa Monica. Chef/Owner Brian Bornemann sources directly from SoCal farmers and fishermen using humane practices, while whole fish are dry-aged in-house. Open every day at noon, Brian built the menu around the Mediterranean tradition of simply prepared fish paired with amazing olive oil and wine.

The daily, hand-written chalkboard menu features over 20+ species from Baja to Monterey that rotate seasonally, such as uni, whelks, spiny lobster, rockfish, abalone and bluefin tuna. In addition to oysters and various crudos, popular classics include the Tuna Tartare Toast and "Caesar Goes Vegan," alongside seasonal items like Spiny Lobster Gnocchi in the winter.
