About Robin San Francisco
Robin is a contemporary Japanese restaurant in Hayes Valley focused on providing a sustainable omakase experience. Chef/owner Adam Tortosa (1760, LA's Ink) worked in LA under master sushi chef Katsuya Uechi, but here he's putting his own spin on the fish he prepares. Other reasons to visit: the stylish interior, hip hop soundtrack, and pretty ceramics made by local craftsmen.
