The former Locanda/Ancora has been reborn as Barberio Osteria, thanks to the team behind AltoVino. Here, chef Nick Kelly is showcasing his talent with rustic Italian fare, and let’s just say you won’t want miss the pasta magic happening.

About Barberio Osteria

Barberio Osteria is a neighborhood Italian restaurant by Chef Nick Kelly of Altovino (Nob Hill, SF) together with partner and General Manager/Sommelier Saul Magana (Boulevard, Perbacco, Foreign Cinema, Prospect). The cuisine is regional Italian, drawing inspiration from traditional recipes in concert with California's local produce, meats, fish and other seasonal offerings. The wine list is approximately 100 SKUs of mostly Italian bottlings with some Champagne for good measure.
