Our Friday Night Dinners will resume in mid-October 2026, and will run through May 2027. Stay tuned for Opening Night dinner dates coming soon. Dinner reservations for October through December 2026 will be available August 1st, 2026. We thank you for your support and hope to see you on campus soon!

Nestled alongside the Salinas foothills, the 100-acre ranch offers a picturesque pastoral setting for the Drummond Culinary Academy. Enjoy majestic views where casual elegance meets a warm and friendly ambience.

Choose options from a seasonally inspired menu, featuring produce from Rancho Cielo’s organic garden and honey from its own apiary, as well as regional seafood and artisan farmed meats. Under the guidance of Executive Chef Estevan Jimenez, students prepare and serve contemporary California cuisine that speaks to the bounty and culture of the Salinas Valley, and the students themselves.
