We are pleased to offer complimentary valet parking for all guests dining at Ayre by Karma.
The restaurant entrance is located just to the left of the hotel’s main entrance, where you will also see clear Ayre by Karma signage. Our valet team will be happy to guide you directly to the entrance of the Spa, which is also the entrance for Ayre.
Menu offerings feature an elegant à la carte selection alongside our Chef’s Tasting Menus, available in 3-course, 5-course, and 7-course experiences—each thoughtfully crafted to showcase the essence of Ayre by Karma along with curated wine pairings for an unforgettable experience.
Guests may choose from Terrace or Indoor dining, each designed to offer its own elevated ambiance. In addition, we invite you to begin your evening in our outdoor lounge, the perfect setting to relax with a glass of wine or a handcrafted cocktail before dining.
About AYRE by Karma
In 2017, Sachin Mahajan and Chef Ajay embarked on a gastronomic journey, joining forces to introduce Karma to the world. With a mission to showcase traditional Indian cooking techniques, paired with inventive ingredient combinations, contemporary plating, and exceptional table service, Karma Modern Indian emerged as a beacon of contemporary Indian cuisine—earning the Michelin Bib Gourmand distinction since 2021 and most recently in 2025.
Building on this success, Sachin Mahajan has expanded the Karma brand to Singer Island, opening a new chapter at the luxurious Amrit Ocean Resort with AYRE by Karma. This kitchen is being led by Executive Chef Syed Asif, a culinary talent with a remarkable background as a James Beard–featured chef and Food Network Champion.
