About BROU

With the proposal of offering artisanal cuisine at a fair price, lunch is served in buffet format, with light, delicious, if possible organic and sustainable cuisine, through a menu created by chef Ciça Roxo and commanded by our Executive Chef Yan Thompson. At night everything changes and the healthy atmosphere of the place is in a high mood, clean, airy, with special lighting and sound, in addition to handmade rustic pizzas, snacks and hot dishes, wines and a self-service draft beer system with 20 taps.
