Just downstairs from his hot Haitian restaurant Kann, James Beard Award winner Gregory Gourdet has added this theatrically lit Caribbean-inspired lounge, where the fare includes salt cod fritters and mojo pork, and the drinks range from trophy rums to a repertoire of innovative zero-proof cocktails.

Need to Know

No reservations required for groups of up to 6 guests. Walk-ins welcome! Sousòl is currently open for service Friday & Saturday from 5pm to late. For large party reservations of 7+ guests, please email us at letsparty@sousolbar.com.

Sousòl is 21+. A physical form of legal identification at the door is required for entry for all guests. All of our food is gluten and dairy-free. Check in at the door, and you will be directed to our space.

About Sousòl

Sousòl, Haitian Creole for 'basement,' is a luxurious modern cocktail bar set in the space below Kann. We take inspiration from the ingredients of the Pan-Caribbean diaspora, combining those flavors with a broad tapestry of spirits and the bounty of the Pacific Northwest. Our menu of small plates reflects the diversity of the cocktail list and makes for a unique experience in a truly unique venue.
