Why We Like It

Loungey and low-key, this Pearl District spot pairs late-night Chinese favorites with excellent cocktails (like an oolong old-fashioned) in a sleek and friendly space. What everyone’s eating: Handmade dumplings, hand-cut noodles, General Tso’s chicken, and fried rice served in a dish that resembles a ceramic takeout carton.

Need to Know

Silk Road is a 21+ establishment, open Wednesday through Sunday starting at 4:00 PM. We offer bar service only and kindly ask all customers to place their orders directly at the bar. While we do operate on Resy, we warmly welcome walk-ins and reserve bar seating exclusively for walk-ins.

We specialize in family-style dining with a menu that includes gluten-free options. Reservations are subject to a late cancellation policy: canceling within 24 hours of your seating time or arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in a $25 per person charge. Reservation changes are subject to availability. Parties with 1-5 people have the table reserved for 1.5 hours. Parties of 6 or more have 2 hours.
