About Alberte
Restaurant Alberte, located at 65 Rúa de Rosalía de Castro in Vigo, is run by chef Alberte Gutiérrez and offers a gastronomic offering focused on Galician produce, especially fish and seafood from the Rías Baixas, such as spider crab, lobster, crayfish, and estuary shrimp. Its grilled and seasonal cuisine is presented through à la carte dishes and two tasting menus: Esencia and Alberte. It was recognized in 202 by the program "Batalla de restaurantes" as the best place to eat seafood in Vigo, and in 2025 it was included in the Michelin Guide for its honest, unpretentious cuisine based on top-quality local ingredients.
