One of Philadelphia’s most respected chefs, Greg Vernick, brings wood-fired dishes inspired by travels through Italy to Fishtown-East Kensington. Think grilled cabbage, housemade pastas including tortellini in brodo, and crispy veal — plus specialty cocktails and Italian wines.

Need to Know

Emilia is located at 2406 Frankford Avenue, right near the Fishtown-East Kensington roundabout. While the restaurant does not have a parking lot or valet, free street parking is available on Frankford Avenue and throughout the surrounding neighborhood.

Reservations are available 30 days out. Our full dinner menu is available throughout the restaurant, including the bar and lounge area. We welcome guests walking in with availability held at the bar and drink rail. Bar tables can be reserved Sunday to Thursday and are available for guests walking in on Friday and Saturday.

Emilia is a neighborhood Italian restaurant, celebrating seasonality, light and bright flavors, and wood-fire grilling, from Chef Greg Vernick. Helmed by longtime collaborator and Chef de Cuisine Meri Medoway, the menu takes inspiration from the duo’s respective travels throughout Italy, including a rotating selection of handmade pastas, crudo, and antipasti.
