About Bomb Bomb

Bomb Bomb got its name in the 1930s, when the corner bar was bombed not once, but twice, by a rival. Rather than driving it out, the blasts cemented its place in local lore, and the nickname stuck. Ever since, Bomb Bomb has stood as a South Philly institution as a lively neighborhood hangout, a gathering spot for generations of regulars to dine, and a go-to bar for catching the game on TV or grabbing drinks before or after concerts and games at the stadiums.
