It's your choice of a full chef's counter experience, or a dining room seating, but no matter where you're seated, that evening's tasting menu won't disappoint.
Need to Know
We have two distinct dining options for parties of 2-4 guests, our kitchen counter and our communal dining room table. Our dining room is also available for 8-12 guests as a private dining room. Each are multi-course tasting menus with wine pairings. Please fully read all information on this page prior to booking. Thank you!
Reservations: Bookings are available beginning on the first of the month (at midnight) for the third month out. The cost of the meal in the dining room is $300/pp which includes the tasting menu and wine pairing and $350/pp at the kitchen counter. Other beverages, tax and gratuity are not included in this price. Ambra is suitable for ages 14 and over, minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Join us in our kitchen for an evening of great food, wine and a bit of entertainment, seated right in the heart of our restaurant where all the excitement lies! Our culinary team will lead you through a Modern Italian tasting menu based upon tradition and personal connection combined with innovative preparations that highlight our region’s finest products. You will enjoy a uniquely intimate view of a real working kitchen, a front row seat to a behind the scenes experience while we cook and prepare dishes for both Southwark and Ambra.
We expect that you be respectful of the flow of service as we are at work! We ask that you keep conversation to a mild volume and understand there may be moments when excess noise must pause. The Kitchen Table is not suitable for children as you can expect the evening to be energetic.
