Truss and Twine

Overview

Truss & Twine is a cocktail bar that celebrates the history of drinks in America from the Golden Ages through today’s modern classics. It is the second Palm Springs concept from Workshop partners Michael Beckman and Joe Mourani. The space, by SOMA Architects is dark and dramatic with brutalist influences focusing on black concrete and a large cantilevered blackened steel canopy over the bar. Creative bar bites are inspired by the region’s farmers markets and are prepared before guests in a small open kitchen at the bar.

Need to Know

Wednesdays and Thursdays we offer a rotating food Pop Up, due to the nature of menu changes we do not offer reservations on those days. Walk-ins are welcome and met on a first come first served basis, food offerings are limited to our partners offerings and they tend to sell out nightly so get in early if you want to try what our food partners are offering.
