Need to Know
We will be closed between August 3rd - August 15th, 2026 for our annual summer holiday. We apologize for the inconvenience. Our reservations are offered for 2 hour time periods for tables of 2 or 4 and 2.5 hours for groups of 6. We ask that if you are dining in one of the earlier time slots to please be respectful of the following reservations that will be arriving after you. If you are going to be late please let us know so that we may do our best to make alternate arrangements for the following reservation.
About Supply and Demand
Located in the Wellington west neighbourhood, Supply and Demand is a favourite among Ottawa diners. A cozy but sometimes boisterous restaurant where pasta is extruded and hand made daily and the oyster bar is always full. Chef Stephen Wall has a simple, unfussy style, but takes great pleasure in creating dishes that over the years have taken on a cult like following.
