Experience the precision of Kaiseki this season. Reservations are officially open for our Summer Kappo experience at Juju’s chef’s counter—a multi-course journey showcasing the very best summer ingredients.

-Dry-Aged Nigiri-Kase ($120 per guest) available only on weekdays. Unlike our Kappo style omakase experience (which consists of cooked and raw dishes), Nigiri-Kase will highlight more of our in house dry-aged seasonal fish along with a raw tasting.

Izakaya Dining Room, a la carte menu, is still open for walk-ins.

About JUJU

A retro Japanese concept from the team behind Susuru. Michelin Guide 2023-2025, Juju's 6-seat kappo bar is nestled into the bustling izakaya atmosphere of JUJU. Allowing a truly unique and immersive omakase experience. The 8-course multi-sensory omakase sources both seasonal ingredients from Japan along with locally grown produce. The menu and presentation therefore changes according to the spirit of the season.

Kappo style dining focuses on the five primary cooking techniques (grilling, steaming, frying, simmering, and raw preparations) in a similar multi-course fashion as kaiseki, but less formal. Juju's kappo bar will follow in this same style with a 8-course meal, featuring in-house dry aged fish served raw and cooked along with binchotan seared A5 Wagyu and other Japanese charcoal fired dishes.
