Where to begin… well first, how cajun seafood became Long Island’s hottest new restaurant trend now. It’s started with us. We are the first and original Louisiana Cajun seafood boil in Long Island. We opened since 2017 at our original place in Oceanside. We started the trend and we take pride in our collection of cajun menu items made from the freshest catch from king crab, snow crab, lobster, the shells families (mussels, clams), scallop, the famous Louisiana baby lobster "crawfish", and the peel and eat shrimp....
