About Ramen Shop
Opened in 2013 in Oakland’s Rockridge neighborhood, Ramen Shop was founded by three Chez Panisse alumni with a deep respect for seasonality and craft. The menu highlights one-of-a-kind ramen made with organic, sustainably sourced ingredients, with all noodles and broths prepared in house.
