## About Cafe Panache

Located in the heart of Ramsey, New Jersey, Café Panache—a multi-award-winning BYOB—has long been defined by the vision and dedication of its late Chef/Owner, Kevin Kohler. Chef Kohler’s passion for using only farm-fresh fruits and vegetables, free-range, grass-fed livestock, and the finest quality ingredients shaped every aspect of the Café Panache experience. From personally selecting local produce to crafting dishes around seasonal availability since opening the restaurant in 1985, he created boldly flavored signature plates that earned the admiration of loyal patrons and food critics alike.

Today, Chef Kohler’s family proudly continues his legacy, upholding the standards, spirit, and creativity he infused into Café Panache, ensuring his culinary tradition lives on in every dish.
