Sant Ambroeus originally opened as a pastry shop and confectionery in Milan in 1936, arriving in Manhattan for the first time in 1982. Since then, it’s been delighting New Yorkers ever since with its elegant, all-day takes on Italian classics, from tonnarelli cacio e pepe and vitello tonnato to espresso.

Reservations are available 30 days in advance, A portion of our tables in the main dining room and at one of our cabins are held nightly for a limited amount of walk ins.

If you are running late or have had a change of plans, please call us at 212.966.2770. We hold the table for a courtesy grace period of 15 minutes before offering the table to our waitlist.
