Why We Like It

Because this East Village staple from the same team behind favorites like Cookshop, Vic's, and Shukette, is the real deal. Rosie's takes direct inspiration from its staff and from Mexico itself. While you'll find some of the city's best tacos and margaritas — and incredible happy hour deals — do try their tlacoyos, tlayudas, and other underrepresented dishes from Mexico, too. You won't regret it.

Need to Know

Reservations open up for dinner 30 days in advance via Resy. If you do not see availability, we recommend you add your name to the notify list as something often opens up. When tables become available, you will receive an alert.

Rosie's also encourages those without reservations to walk in as we set aside some tables for those with last minute plans.

Rosie's strictly prohibits unauthorized transfers, booking reservations using "bots", and the sale of any reservations from unauthorized third parties. If discovered, we will cancel the reservation(s) and report all profiles found to be engaging in unauthorized transfers, bot bookings, or reservation sales to Resy directly.

About Rosie’s

Located on a lively East Village corner, Rosie’s serves up chef Marc Meyer’s thoughtful approach to the bold, complex flavors of a country he has extensively explored and long admired. He prepares bright, straightforward dishes using traditional techniques, including grinding fresh masa and cooking on a comal.
