About RAON NYC

RAON (rah-own), named for the ancient Korean word for “joyful” or “amusing,” is the highly anticipated new fine dining concept from husband-and-wife team Chef Soogil Lim and Sasook Youn of the French-Korean restaurant, Soogil, in the East Village. Rooted in the tradition of Korean ferments, RAON is redefining the dining experience with its focus on kimchi pairings.
