We're New Yorkers: we know how things change last-minute and want to accommodate your busy lifestyles so we hold half of our tables – and most of the bar – open for walk-ins every day! If you do not see the reservation you're hoping for, we welcome you to come by anyway and put your name on the waitlist.

Reservations are available here on Resy 21 days in advance at 12am for parties up to 8 guests. For larger parties (of 9 or more) please email reserve@radisabrooklyn.com to book.

Please review the table type that you reserve (indoor table, outdoor patio table, bar seat) as we cannot always guarantee another arrangement when you arrive but will do our best. At this time, we can only seat parties in full and give a 15-minute grace period before moving the table to the waitlist.

About Osteria Radisa

Radisa is a contemporary osteria from the team behind Aita in Clinton Hill, located in Carroll Gardens in between Gowanus and Cobble Hill. Meaning “root” in Romagnol dialect, the restaurant is a love letter to Italy that focuses on the intricate textures of its rich history, weaving together existing stories to create new ones. It is a collection of stories and timeless traditions, a curiosity towards the people and cultures beyond the borders of Italy, and a celebration of life’s most sincere moments.

Chef/Owner Roberto Aita's menu revives forgotten dishes of Romagna like Manfrigoli in a seafood brodetto and Spoia Lorda with asparagus and clams from the Adriatic. The beverage program remains committed to supporting local and minority-owned products with over 150 labels that comprise the list of ethical producers and low-intervention wines, and signature cocktails that feature heartfelt nods to co-owner Althea Codamon's Filipino heritage. The front-of-house is led by co-owner Fernando Trujillo, who has spent years working in several of the city's most esteemed Italian restaurants and aims to share his passion for wine and hospitality with his fellow New Yorkers.
