Why We Like It

The riveting pork bone broth from Seoul’s acclaimed OkDongsik, a Michelin bib holder since 2018, is worth seeking out at this 10-seat counter, which originally began as a pop-up but is now (rejoice!) a permanent fixture. Pro tip: While they specialize in one dish only, served with a side of dumplings, do know that there are occasional specials that rotate monthly, giving you all the more reason to keep coming back.
