Born and raised in Chengdu, China, Chef Peter He has dedicated decades to mastering the essence of Sichuan cuisine. His expertise and passion have led him to great culinary heights, including leading a kitchen that earned a Michelin star during his tenure. Currently serving as the Executive Chef at Chili, Chef He continues to push the boundaries of Sichuan cuisine, offering innovative yet deeply rooted dishes for discerning diners.
