About Meadowsweet

Michelin-starred chef Polo Dobkin and Stephanie Lempert opened Meadowsweet in Williamsburg in 2014, creating a warm neighborhood restaurant centered around seasonal cooking and hospitality. Meadowsweet serves contemporary American cuisine with Mediterranean influences, highlighting locally sourced ingredients, handmade pastas, fresh seafood, and thoughtful cocktails in a lively all-day dining atmosphere.

When they are not at the restaurant, you’ll often find them upstate at Meadowsweet Farm with their daughter and son, growing vegetables alongside Polo’s father to serve at Meadowsweet.
