What started out as one of the city’s most beloved pop-ups is now fully at home on the Lower East Side, serving up some of the city’s most superb and exciting Vietnamese food. Do know that the menu changes often, ranging from their signature bún dau mam tôm (a platter of tofu, pork intestines, and meats served with a pungent fermented shrimp sauce) to a formidable take on pho bo. Pro tip: Whatever you do, never miss out on an order of the housemade tofu.
