About Maison Premiere
Founded in 2011, Maison Premiere is a renowned Brooklyn institution known globally for its cocktail and oyster programs alike. The raw bar anchors the experience, drawing from over 80 oyster varieties each day to curate a rotating list of 30 that showcases all five species of oysters, alongside a full dinner menu of seasonal American seafood. A French-leaning wine list, with a strong focus on the Loire Valley and Champagne, complements the seafood-driven menu.
