Why We Like It

Because acclaimed chef Gregory Gourdet (Kann) reimagines French classics in a way that only he could, demonstrating a deep appreciation for global techniques and flavors. The menu draws on influences from former French territories that include Haiti, Vietnam, Senegal, Tahiti, Morocco, and more. And the ambiance is spectacular; it is, after all, located inside of the only stateside outpost of luxury retailer Printemps.

Maison Passerelle is proud to participate in New York City Restaurant Week 2026! From July 20th through August 16th, prix fixe menus are available for both lunch and dinner from Sunday to Friday (Saturday excluded). Cancellations are accepted up to 6 hours ahead of the reservation date and time. After this period, a cancellation fee of $50 per guest will apply. A 15-minute grace period is provided for all reservations. After this time, seating cannot be guaranteed.

About Maison Passerelle

Maison Passerelle takes its name from the French word for “bridge”—a fitting symbol for the bold, cross-cultural cuisine of three-time James Beard Award winner Gregory Gourdet. Here, Gourdet crafts a culinary language of his own, one that links New York and France through the rich flavors of the French Caribbean, French Africa, and French Asia.

Located in the iconic One Wall Street building, the restaurant is a visual feast of custom frescoes, stained glass, and hand-painted tiles—an elegant yet playful space that perfectly frames Gourdet’s inventive, modern French cooking.

At lunch, guests may choose from an à la carte selection or a curated prix fixe experience for $65. In the evening, the menu transitions to a three-course, $145 prix fixe offering that is entirely gluten and dairy-free, celebrating bold, globally inspired flavors with inclusivity at its core.
