Kinjo is a 14-seat omakase restaurant hidden in a beautiful neighborhood bar in one of Dumbo’s oldest factory buildings by the water.
OMAKASE: Our chef Johnny (formerly of Masa) delivers 11 finely-prepared courses — opening with unique apps followed by a delightful slate of nigiri ending with savory dishes and housemade dessert. Currently, our intimate and comfortable omakase counter has the following seatings:
