Why We Like It
Because this is fine dining worth seeking out. At Huso, chef Buddha Lo, known for winning “Top Chef” not once, but twice, crafts a caviar-forward menu with a focus on seasonal produce and high-end ingredients. Do note that the dress code is smart casual.

About Huso
Tucked away within Marky's Caviar retail shop in the heart of Tribeca, One MICHELIN Star Huso invites you on a culinary journey that marries seasonal ingredients with the elegance of caviar, all under the masterful guidance of Executive Chef Buddha Lo. Originally opened within Marky’s Caviar on Madison Ave. in 2019, Huso quickly became a hidden gem, offering an intimate 12-seat experience where every dish was meticulously crafted in a humble kitchen, consisting of just a convection oven and stovetop. The restaurant’s Michelin-plated acclaim, coupled with Chef Lo’s rise as the winner of Top Chef Season 19 and Top Chef World All Stars, sparked an overwhelming demand, propelling our move to Tribeca.
Here, in our new home, Chef Lo and his team elevate their seasonal tasting menus to new heights, harnessing the power of a full-service kitchen and direct access to some of the finest gourmet ingredients and caviar. In our 26-seat dining room, evenings are an exploration of flavor, where every course reflects the chef’s innovative take on the season’s finest produce coupled with caviar-inspired plates.
