We're excited to have you dine with us!

Please keep in mind that:

1. We do not seat parties until the full party has arrived. As such, if the full party has not arrived within 15 minutes of the reservation time, we will offer the table to the next available party.
2. A 20% auto gratuity will be applied to parties of 5 or more people.
3. Each party will be given 90 minutes to dine with us from the start of their reservation time. This is so we can accommodate all of the guests that would like to dine with us. If you'd like to request an extension on the seating time, please reach out to us via email.

Gurumé (ㄱㄹㅇ) is a direct Korean translation to “in the clouds”, in hopes to give you a "cloud nine" type of experience. Gurumé is a cozy tapas bar in Hell’s Kitchen emerging from the chaos of the city created to bring a piece of culture and good vibes to the neighborhood.
