Why We Like It
Whether you’re in search of à la carte Japanese comforts (salmon donburi, tempura soba, sukiyaki, please) or an omakase-style meal at the counter, Gosuke fits the bill. Don’t forget a Sapporo on draft, either.
Need to Know
Our sushi chefs prepare omakase directly in front of guests at the sushi counter, offering an intimate dining experience that highlights craftsmanship, tradition, and precision. Many of our long-time regulars value the consistent quality, generous portions, and comforting, home-style touches that distinguish us from trend-driven restaurants.
Please note that on Friday and Saturday evenings, our business hours are extended, with last order at 11:00 PM. However, during our late-night service from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays, sushi is not available. We appreciate your understanding and encourage guests to plan their reservations accordingly.
