Eyval is a Persian eatery located in the neighborhood of Bushwick in Brooklyn, NY. We focus on recreating traditional Iranian cooking for a contemporary audience. The restaurant features a full bar and a live-fire grill, both of which are fully utilized to bring our guests a truly unique experience.

We are open Tuesday through Saturday from 6pm to 10pm, on Sunday we open at 5pm. We look forward to seeing all of you.

Need to Know

Reservations open up to three weeks in advance. We always hold our bar seats for walk-ins on a first come, first served basis.

To book a party of 7 or more guests, please email events@eyvalnyc.com. We require an $85 per person prix fixe menu for tables of seven or more. The maximum number of people we can book at one table is 10 people.

If you are running late, we will hold your table for up to fifteen minutes before offering the table to guests on our waitlist. The best way to reach us during service is to message us through the Resy app or to email reservations@eyvalnyc.com. We will do our best to respond in a timely manner.
