Here’s a cause for celebration: The rebirth of this big, exuberantly decorated, always-crowded Spanish restaurant in the legendary Chelsea Hotel, which closed in 2018 after 88 years. It’s smaller now and has a more focused (and more traditional) menu, but it’s still got the buzz, along with an updated take on its famous paella.
