It’s right there in the name: here you’ll be treated to an evening of small bites paired with four craft cocktails (or low-ABV or zero-proof drinks), created in partnership with Tokyo’s famous Bar Libre. Bartenders are given the omakase-chef treatment here, so you’ll be able to watch your drinks being made right at the intimate counter.

Cocktail Omakase offers a curated cocktail experience—a seasonally inspired tasting journey rooted in Tokyo's hospitality and precision. Partnering with Tokyo’s Bar Libre, we blend the artistry of Tokyo’s cocktail culture with New York City’s, offering guests an intimate, immersive omakase-style experience that is thoughtfully crafted, exquisitely presented, and always evolving. Guests can choose from three distinct menus: a traditional full-strength pairing, a low-ABV experience, or a non-alcoholic journey.

Seated directly at the counter, guests experience a close, immersive relationship with the bartender, where technique, transportation, and presentation become part of the performance. One Table per seating is offered for guests who prefer a more intimate experience.

Hidden in the back of Cocktail Omakase, behind a shoji screen door is Bar 7, a seven seat gem that evokes the intimacy and precision of Tokyo’s micro-bars. With so few bar seats, every guest receives undivided attention and an immersive level of care, creating a highly personalized experience.
