Why We Like It

Choose between an intimate tasting menu experience in The Studio, or order food and drink à la carte in a lounge-style setting (Clemente Bar) perched atop Eleven Madison Park. It’s a collaboration between EMP chef-owner Daniel Humm and contemporary artist Francesco Clemente, and it fittingly feels like you’re in an artist’s studio. Expect innovative and creative takes on cocktails, like a Negroni-piña colada hybrid.

Need to Know

We accept reservations throughout the night, with walk-ins encouraged and accommodated according to availability. Please note that parties of 1-3 individuals have a set time limit of 1 hour and 45 minutes while parties of 4 or more will be limited to 2 hours. To join us in The Studio, a tasting counter adjacent to The Lounge where we're currently hosting Sushi Master Chef Eiji Ichimura, please visit The Studio's dedicated Resy page to make a reservation.

The Lounge is only available for guests aged 21 and over.

Tucked above the dining room at Eleven Madison Park is Clemente Bar, an intimate cocktail lounge crafted in collaboration between Chef Daniel Humm and artist Francesco Clemente. Cozy and inviting, The Lounge at Clemente Bar is ideal for small groups or for enjoying a drink solo.

In The Lounge, you’ll find a curated selection of thoughtful, culinary-driven cocktails drawing from classic, nostalgic, and unexpected flavor profiles including the clarified Negroni Colada and the eponymous Clemente Martini. The beverage program, which strikes a perfect balance between technical innovation and elegant restraint, rotates regularly and also includes wine and beer.

Pair drinks with refined bar bites by Chef Humm and the Clemente Bar team, including the Clemente Mushroom Burger and the beloved Black Truffle Tarte Flambée.
