The Studio at Clemente Bar is a nine-seat chef’s counter currently hosting a year-long omakase residency led by Sushi Master Chef Eiji Ichimura. The two-hour tasting menu spans multiple courses, focused primarily on seafood and evolves regularly. Reservations are required as walk-ins cannot be accommodated. The experience costs $325 per person and must be prepaid, with all sales final and non-refundable. A selection of sake, wine, beer, cocktails, and tea is available for purchase for those dining in The Studio.

Adjacent to The Lounge at Clemente Bar, The Studio is located upstairs from Eleven Madison Park’s famous Art Deco dining room and is a reservation-only space. The omakase experience features several courses, mainly consisting of nigiri and handrolls prepared by Chef Ichimura. Specialty sake and wine are handpicked for this residency, alongside a curated lineup of Japanese whisky, beer, and cocktails.
