This is the namesake restaurant from the storied and critically acclaimed chef César Ramirez. You’ll find plenty to love on the 13-course tasting menu, overflowing with unique specialty ingredients and fresh, innovative interpretations. And yes, rejoice: His famous uni toast is still on the menu.

There are two distinct spaces at César.

The Dining Room tables provide luxuriously spaced seating, and a view of the open kitchen. Perfect for groups of 2 to 4 guests.

The Chef's Counter, made out of white oak, is in full view of the kitchen. For those who prefer side by side seating and for groups of 1-6 guests...

Two Michelin Stars 2024 César is housed in a former printing press building circa 1925 featuring 16-foot ceilings and an original board formed cement celling. With spacious seating every table has a view of the kitchen. We look forward to welcoming you.
