Need to Know

Reservations for both lunch and dinner can be made through Resy or via email up to 30 days in advance, starting at 10:00 AM EST.

To secure a reservation, a deposit of $25 per person is required for lunch, and $50 per person is required for dinner, plus tax. This deposit will be applied to your final bill. Please be aware that reservations and deposits are non-transferable. Deposits will be refunded if cancellations are made by 12:00 PM on the day of the dinner reservation or at least 12 hours prior to lunch reservations. If cancellations are not made within these time frames, a portion of these fees will be donated to the Robin Hood Foundation.

About Carbone

Carbone is Chef Mario Carbone’s homage to the great Italian American restaurants of mid-20th century in New York, where delicious, exceptionally well-prepared food was served in settings that were simultaneously elegant, comfortable and unpretentious. His food captures the essence of that history but takes its culinary cues from the kitchens of his childhood, the great talents with whom he worked throughout his early career and incorporates his signature techniques that blend familiar and bold flavors to create the most craveable dishes. We call this Carbone Italian.
