It’s an Alpine-inspired bistro in Brooklyn Heights serving up a strong contender for one of the city’s best schnitzels, alongside half pours of beer and wine in a convivial, wood-lined space designed to keep the neighborhood hopping just a little later than usual.

Need to Know

Dining room- Features elegant banquette seating along the walls, complemented by a select number of tables designed to comfortably accommodate groups of up to four guests.

Alpine Gathering Tables- Designed with connection and comfort in mind, our communal seating area features two long, family-style tables with plush cushion bench seating—ideal for young families, or large group gatherings.

Bar- Our bar is available for a full dining experience and is offered on a first come first serve basis Fridays and Saturday evenings only. Otherwise, please feel free to book at the bar Tuesday through Thursday evenings.

A Brooklyn Heights restaurant evoking the food & wine of the Alps. This cozy chalet plays to memories of hiking, touring, après-ski, and exploring the world of high-elevation vineyards whose terraces seem to span vertically into the clouds. This is homage to rustic, hearty fare with a refined sensibility. We built this guest house reflecting a lifestyle, then nestled it in your neighborhood restaurant.
