Why We Like It
A standby Harlem bistro where the soul food shines, BLVD is a husband-and-wife venture that’s always a good time. Do drop by the weekend for their next-level specials (the “ultimate” grilled cheese is something else), but know that BLVD is pretty much foolproof — chef-owner and Mississippi native Carlos Swepson puts a lot of love and care into his food, and it shows.
Need to Know
Large parties DO NOT make multiple reservations we will not attempt to seat your parties together. Feel free to email the restaurant at info@boulevardbistrony.com we will do our best to accommodate your large party. We allow 15 minute grace periods for reservations, if you are running late the reservation will be placed on the wait list. And the entire party has to be present to be seated at a table.

This black-owned restaurant has been a staple of Harlem since 2014. Serving bold southern cuisine which reflects Executive Chef Carlos Mississippi roots and his love of food and family.
