About Barano

At Barano, Chef DiMeglio—co-founder of Manhattan’s beloved Rubirosa—brings his signature Italian sensibility to the heart of Williamsburg. Rooted in Old World traditions but never stuck in the past, our menus feature handmade pastas, fire-grilled meats, and sourdough pizzas baked to crispy, chewy perfection in our wood-burning oven.
