Bar Chimera is a Midtown Manhattan brasserie built around three distinct bar programs: martinis, whiskey, and wine, each dedicated to best-in-class expressions of its craft. The martini bar explores the depth of classic cocktail culture with precision and subtle creativity; the whiskey bar offers an extensive library spanning rare and everyday pours; and the wine bar presents a dynamic range from collectible bottles to approachable favorites.

Alongside these best-in-class beverages, Bar Chimera offers brasserie classics like Chicken Paillard and the 550 Burger, and a convivial selection of smaller plates like Crispy Octopus, Wagyu Corndogs, and “Foie Gras Home-Run Balls”.
