Badshah is an invitation into the sensory chaos and charm of India’s streets - where flavor isn’t just tasted, it’s experienced. The sizzle of a hot griddle, the aroma of spice-laden air, the burst of color and texture, every element comes together in a way that is unapologetically bold and deeply immersive. For Chef Abishek, this journey began at home, with simple moments of curiosity sparked by a familiar “taste this.” What started as instinct evolved into exploration, leading him across India in search of flavors that were unfiltered and true to their roots. Moving beyond curated recommendations, he approached the streets like a scavenger; tasting, observing, and collecting stories along the way. Badshah distills this journey into a menu that celebrates both nostalgia and elevation.

From Chowpatty ka Bhutta, charred and laced with chilli and lime, to the Paneer & Fig Tikki paired with burnt tomato chutney, each dish carries a sense of place. The Coconut Fried Chicken offers a coastal lightness, while northern classics like Old Delhi Chicken Tikka, Lahori Seekh Kebab, and Amritsari Fish Tikka bring depth and familiarity. The mains anchor the experience, whether it’s the comfort of Saag Paneer, the indulgence of Butter Chicken with garlic naan, or the slow-cooked richness of Lamb Shank Nihari and Manglorean Branzino.
