Need to Know

While Awadh's menu is still available for delivery and takeout, Baazi offers dine-in only.

The first seating starts at 5pm and is good for a quiet date or dinner with family (if you have kids under the age of 13, you are encouraged to come within this first seating). If you come with a stroller, you will kindly be asked to put it away or staff can easily store it away for you!

The second seating (starts around 7:00/7:30pm) is lively and fun, with music from around the world.

Baazi is the newest venture and addition to 3 NYC critically acclaimed restaurants of celebrity Chef, Gaurav Anand. For many years, we have warmly welcomed the Upper West Side community to savor in the delight of Indian cuisine from the motherland. Beyond the crowded dining room, nestled in our humble kitchen, we house one of the largest South Asian spice markets in New York City. The secret lies in our care and attention to preparation, as our chefs blend ingredients, flavors, texture, and aromatics to create the extraordinary. Our desire to honor forgotten recipes while balancing technique is the backbone of our dining culture. Our Chefs, staff, and managers come from the deserts of Morocco, the seas of Goa, and the old streets of Delhi.
